Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patrolling and Monitoring:
- Patrol designated areas of the premises on foot.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.

2. Access Control:
- Control entry and exit points to the premises.
- Screen visitors and employees, verifying their identity and authorization.
- Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records.

3. Incident Response:
- Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- Provide first aid and call emergency services as needed.
- Complete incident reports and notify management.

4. Customer Service:
- Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Complete daily logs and incident reports.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security license or certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and respond to emergencies.

Working Conditions:
- Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions.
- May be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
